The law gives the basic definitions in the field of alternative energy, delineates responsibilities between the agencies and establishes the order of the organizations in the industry.
The long-awaited law on which the conversation was not the first year, came on 27 December last year. One of the main issues - payment received electricity through renewable sources, is considered in Article 20 of the Act. From this it follows that raising rates will be established by other legislative acts, and will depend onon the type of of renewable and other factors.
Also, now we will need to obtain a certificate for a wind-driven. But the law states that no one kilowatt will remain unpaid.
